Coppa Group is joining the Climate Classic

On Friday, June 19, 18 colleagues from Hospitality Group, VFM, Arlande, Pro 10, and Coppa participated in the Climate Classic. This unique bike ride follows the imaginary future coastline of the Netherlands: the boundary where the sea could reach if we do nothing to address climate change.

By participating, we aim to raise awareness of the importance of climate-conscious behavior. The Climate Classic is not only a sporting challenge, but also an opportunity to reflect on our own impact on the climate. That is why participants make a climate pledge, committing to reduce their own climate impact.

Due to the high temperatures, our colleagues cycled a shorter route so that everyone could safely participate in the ride. It was a hot day, but above all an inspiring and enjoyable experience that brought together sports, connection, and awareness. We’re proud of this athletic team and are already looking forward to the next edition, when we’ll get moving together again for a more sustainable future.
