At Coppa Group, we contribute to a better world by structurally embedding sustainability in everything we do. But what does that mean in a group with five organizations and nearly 400 colleagues? In our first CSR Annual Report, we show what we stand for and what steps we have taken by 2024.
We realized positive impact with numerous clients, saw an increase in FTE with 10% and mapped the CO₂ footprint of all our organizations. In total, we offset 322 tons of CO₂ through the largest Paulownia forest in the Netherlands. We also developed a concrete sustainability policy and launched the Ambition for Excellence program for our senior professionals.
In 2025, we continue to build on embedding sustainability in our services, taking new climate measures, ISO 14001 certification and support in implementing our sustainability policy.
