Bas Bouwman
Bas leads Coppa Group and develops new collaborations for the further growth of the group. You make more impact with more people, is his motivation for working on this growth. Bas is the founder of Coppa and creator and DGA of Coppa Group. After graduating from the Hoge Hotelschool, he studied business administration at Radboud University and took courses at Stanford University and Harvard.

Jeroen Meijer
Within Coppa Group Jeroen focuses on business development. From our sales approach and developing propositions to further shaping our Services business line. Jeroen enjoys working on growth, innovation and strong customer relationships.
After starting in consultancy at Berenschot, Jeroen has been active within Coppa for 23 years. Over the years he has carried out many assignments within the healthcare sector. In 2014, he received his PhD from Nyenrode Business University on the topic of procurement collaboration. Since then, Jeroen has been intensively involved in setting up and professionalizing procurement outsourcing.

Paul Gelderman
Paul is concerned within Coppa Group with connecting innovation in services to the ambitions and talents of our employees. Encouraging cooperation and securing the added value of the group have his constant attention. With his thoroughness, eye for the individual and a touch of humor, Paul gets people moving.
After completing his studies at Delft University of Technology, Paul has always been active within consultancy. Since 2006 he has been associated with Coppa and is now DGA of Coppa Group.

Inge de Bekker
Inge is director of marketing & sustainability at Coppa Group. The positioning of Coppa Group and its various organizations is her passion. With social and sustainable entrepreneurship as an important foundation. She translates the DNA, values and distinctiveness of the organizations into clear messages and appealing storytelling.
After the High School of Hotels and her studies in Business Administration, she held various consulting roles and management positions. She strengthened organizations by getting their ambitions concrete and building motivated teams. Previously, Inge was director of Hospitality Group.

Lukas Knusel
Within Coppa Group, Lukas is responsible for Innovation and Quality. The conviction that things can always be done smarter, better or more efficiently is deeply ingrained in his DNA. In addition, Lukas is a natural connector who translates a broader mission into strategy and concrete results. After completing his studies in Facility Management and Business Administration, Lukas held various management and program management positions in both the consulting world and the corporate world.
