Oval Tower is a vibrant Amsterdam office building known for its striking oval shape. Together with Hospitality Group, Rubens Capital Partners developed a new proposition with matching concept for facilities and services for multi-tenant building Oval Tower. We also redesigned the public areas and selected a new multiservices provider.
New identity
Rubens Capital Partners wanted to give the building its own future-proof identity that increases and improves the attractiveness and satisfaction for (future) tenants. A dynamic environment with an active community and a building in which the catering, meeting, hospitality and community concepts reinforce each other. Especially now this is of added value, now that employees can choose when to go to a physical working environment.
Refurbished
After an environmental analysis and an extensive intake with all tenants, we arrived at a renewed proposition for Oval Tower. Based on this proposition, we redesigned the public areas to be functional. The renewed lobby is very inviting with an attractive coffee bar. The first floor is now a dynamic and welcoming environment where people can collaborate, confer, meet and enjoy food & drinks throughout the day. The restaurant is an attractive space where chefs serve a changing and fresh lunch daily with life cooking.
Tender multi-service provider
Based on the renewed building proposition, Hospitality Group supervised a tender for all services and selected a new multi-service provider appropriate to this service concept.
Community vibes
All spaces allow office residents and visitors to meet and work. Tenants can also use event facilities and a gym on the twelfth floor. Meanwhile, a community manager has been appointed to develop programming, further activate the building and foster a sense of connection among tenants.
Through the strategic collaboration with D/DOCK Oval Tower is a vibrant and welcoming work environment of sustainable quality.
