Dianet, medical-specialist center in Utrecht, has been providing dialysis care for patients with kidney failure for more than 55 years. For the redesign of the care process, the center enlisted the expertise of Hospitality Group. Evy acted as facilities manager a.i. and managed the Service & Support department. She prepared an advisory report with the goal of strengthening cooperation, structuring working methods, staffing and processes across locations.
