Facilities Strategy & Organization Consultant

In this role, you’ll advise clients on how to structure their facilities organization for the future. You’ll analyze how sourcing decisions contribute to strategic objectives and translate these insights into concrete recommendations regarding management, governance, processes, capacity, and competencies. Drawing on your knowledge of hard and soft services, you’ll guide organizations from vision and strategy through to implementation, assurance, and demonstrable value creation.
