Recruitment consultant

As a recruitment consultant you are the link between clients within the (semi-)government and the buyers and purchasing managers. You are responsible for the entire recruitment process: from vacancy intake to placement. Where necessary, you give strategic advice on how to fill the position, you write creative vacancy texts, build talent pools, ensure online visibility and organize campaigns (including job videos!). You do not recruit alone, but together with the government team leads, our field manager and of course our managing consultant.
